Veteran sports journalist Felix Okugbe, head of Sports, African
Independent Television, (AIT) and Ray power, Lagos Bureau at Daar Communication
was reported dead.
He died on Saturday October 10, 2015 at the Lagos State Teaching
Hospital after a protracted battle with Cancer.
Until his death, he was the CEO of Mundial Sport International.
Reports have it that he’s been hospitalized for a while and
during the course of his sickness, well meaning Nigerians stood by him
financially and otherwise.
There were lots of sympathies by friends and footballers on
Twitter after it was announced.
